When it comes to horror films one of the most important elements are the weapons. SPOILER ALERT!

There's many things that comes with weapons in horror films when it's time to battle it! Whether if it's as simple as a knife or perhaps even an ax. Regardless of what item it is, it represents imagination. Sure, there are weapons in the horror films that are completely epic and oh so legendary; Freddy Krueger's clawed glove or Leatherface's chainsaw. But then there are weapons that weren't exactly planned but when it comes to defending yourself or straight killing, the thoughts of epicness goes out the window--at least in most cases!

The list below is unusual weapons ever used in horror films. The goal of this list is to make you never look at these objects the same way again!

10. Silent Night, Deadly Night 2 (1987) -- Umbrella

Who says you have to use an umbrella for weather purposes?

9. See No Evil (2006) -- Cellphone

This is why I always have my phone on vibrate. You never know when a killer like Jacob Goodnight is lurking by waiting to force your phone down your throat.

8. Halloween H20: 20 Years Later (1998) -- Ice Skate

To all the ice skaters out there; I'm scared for you. You're carrying around a weapon that is sharp enough go through your face! Jimmy didn't know neither.

7. Happy Birthday To Me (1981) -- Kebab stick

Just because he was a obnoxious chewer doesn't mean you stab your date with a kebab stick! He's sorry!

3. Single White Female (1992) -- Stiletto Heel

As a huge fan of high heels, I'm not too sure if I'd like to ruin a pair of heels but it definitely gets your point across. HAR-HAR, point!

2. Sleepwalkers (1992) -- Corn on the cob

This is probably one of the most creative murder weapon I've ever came across. I enjoy corn on the cob and now I will never look at it the same! It makes me wonder...since Mary killed Deputy Horace...how will he ever get his dessert now?

1. Deadly Friend (1986) -- Basketball

Due to this movie I'm so paranoid around basketballs.

BONUS

Serial Mom (1994) -- Burnt piece of meat

Oh, Beverly! She's my hero. She beat a woman to death with a burnt leg of lamb!

Slumber Party Massacre 2 (1987) -- Power drill guitar

Although this film is ridiculous....a power drill guitar is BEYOND awesome.
